Because all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference.

We know that’s not always fun to read. It’s simply how made-to-order products work.

Eligible Issues (We’ll Make It Right)
If your order arrives with:

A manufacturing defect

A printing error

Damage during shipping

The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the problem

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

Incorrect size selected at checkout

Color or style preference

Orders placed incorrectly

Normal wear and tear

Our products are printed to order, which means each item is made just for you. Sizing recommendations are available on each product.
